Paul was easy to work with and the RV was as stated. We are approaching our 70's and THOUGHT we might like to buy this style of camper, after camping we decided our camping days are over! Better to rent than buy for sure! Airbnb here we come.

Samantha and Jeff were awesome to deal with. They were immediate with all communication and were patient with all of my questions. They are relatively new to the area and, I believe, were unfamiliar with Burning Man. Once they did some research and realized that the playa can be hard on RVs and some people raise their prices considerably, they became a bit concerned but they stuck by their word and our rental agreement. Prior to leaving they let me know they would leave the RV dirty to protect the clear coat from the playa dust. So, we were no too surprised about that. The tanks were not totally empty- which was fine. They said we could bring them back full if we wanted. But this was all discussed up front. We had no issues with the RV for our 10 day trip- it all went smoothly. We covered all floors and furniture with protective wrap which made clean up easier. We made sure we returned the RV back cleaner than we got it. Given that, the return process was totally smooth. This thing is a beast- we rented a 3/4 ton pickup which worked out well. You have to drive slowly, especially in cross winds. That being said, we were pretty damn comfy when we got there. Thank you Samantha and Jeff for trusted us and letting us rent your rig. We had a blast!

Review:

Scott was an extremely pleasant host and made things very easy for pick-up and drop off. Unfortunately driving an RV for the first time was a little more challenging that I expected, however Scott was very supportive despite the additional inconvenience I caused. The vehicle was fantastic and made for a great experience.

Renting from Katherine was a breeze, She explained all features and a few extra items some rentals don't supply like the outside door mat (extra large) not just a welcome mat. The trailer had several amenities I didn't use like to AC or shower. The battery was fully charged and the fridge kept everything cold . I would definitely rent again. It was light weight and the slide-out made the inside very comfortable. 3 day rental was not long enough I would like to rent 5 days next time. Richard Livermore, CA

2018 Cherokee Arctic wolf

Review:

This trailer is amazing and lovely! However, because we were "dry camping" there being no hookups for electricity, water or sewer - we had major issues i.e. battery running down and not being able to keep the refrigerator going (not enough juice to fire the propane operation for cooling) during the day or night. We had to continually run the generator which was extremely loud. The Pinecrest Lake camp ground rules did not allow you to run the generator after 8 pm. For whatever reason the water heater would not start, (Scott was extremely accessible on the phone with us trying to help with all these issues) we had no hot water, we could not get the oven to work, and had to put a new fuse in for several of the battery operated lights to work and in the process found there was no fuse for the heater to work, so we put one in there as well. In the end Scott said that he is going to do some research on making this trailer more usable for dry camping and as it is now he will not be renting it out for dry camping until these issues are resolved. He says that the trailer works perfectly when on full hookups. Which I do not doubt. We also discovered that the fireplace amenity does not work unless the generator is running or if you were hooked up to electricity. The trailer is very beautiful and feels clean and spacious, but unfortunately for our particular use (dry camping) a lot of the amenities didn't work. Once Scott can come up with a bigger battery to hold the charge longer, as to keep the frig operational at least all night etc. We would love to rent it again! If, we have a need for a trailer were there are full hookups we would diffidently love to rent this trailer again!

We had a great time in this Travato and the owner could not have been nicer. He really made the pick up and drop off a breeze, was tolerant of my chatty kids and helped walk us through all the workings. Great experience, highly recommend this RV.

This is the perfect size RV - easy enough to drive and maneuver, and plenty of space inside for four. It's well-equipped, and the beds were comfy. Brian made the rental experience easy - he was helpful in walking us through how it works, and available to answer questions when they came up. It was our first time in an RV, and we couldn't have been happier!

Review:

Sam was great to deal with - Coming from Australia, I was worried about communication however with Sam it was easy. Sam was there at the time we said we would pick up, he gave detailed instruction on how to work everything, tips and tricks and suggestions. We hired this RV for Burning Man, and Sam was really great about it (unlike most people on RVShare) - we took extremely good care of it during the event and spent 6 hours cleaning the interior and exterior to ensure it was as clean as when we picked it up, out of respect for Sam (this is his asset after all!). Whilst the RV was a little older, it did the job extremely well. Aircon was great, the fridge worked well, water was never an issue. Beds were comfortable (even above the cab), interior was large. Would wholeheartedly recommend Sam and his fleet of vehicles to anyone.

Review:

This was my very first RV rental experience. I must say that it was great and an easy process. We went over and checked out the RV prior to renting and met the owner. Michael was awesome!! He showed us around and answered all of our questions. On the day of pick up, Michael told us, he had just put in a brand new AC in the RV because it broke that night before, now that's what I call service. The RV in general has all you really need and more! Just bring your own beer, everything else is in the RV! ;-) GREAT VALUE!! Keep in mind it is a 2004 model, but it is clean and works great. We drove it from Sacramento to Bullards Bar Reservoir and back over a weekend, and had no problems. My wife and 2 kids were very happy with the RV and interacting with Michael! We would definitely rent again from Michael and RV Share. The RV Share site makes it easy and painless.
