- Pickup policy: - allow me to spend around 30-min to walking renters through camper tutorial. -pick up time is from 1pm to 6pm; contact me in advance if pickup out of the time range;
- Return/drop off policy: -Allow 15-25 minutes for the owner to inspect camper conditions -Returns by 1pm -Returns after 3pm will be assessed a $100 fee. - No early return refunds.
- Vehicle must be returned with a full gas tank. Otherwise, a charge of $6.50/gallon will be charged; No allow this camper van to go to Burning Man or Coachella or any music festivals.
- For covid-19 health, toilet cassette tank must be cleaned and emptied by renter prior to return, otherwise $100 will be charged; Breaking rules will result in forfeiture of $1,500 security deposit
- Gray water tank must be emptied by renter before return, otherwise $50 will be charged; extreme off-roading is prohibited and $100 cleaning fee will be charged for excessive dirt inside.

This vehicle was perfect for our trip and Wei was great!
Perfect RV for a vacation trip with 2-3 people. The host is great, explained how to use it in details. Additionally, we accidentially canceled the trip one day before the departure and the owner was very kind to help us get through it and even made a refund.
We had a fantastic trip to Yosemite with our family of four in Wei's camper van. It was a super comfortable vehicle and very clean. It had everything we needed to sleep and live comfortably at our campsite. Our two boys loved sleeping in the pop up top bunk! It was the perfect vehicle for our trip. Wei was an incredible host and highly communicative.
Our trip this weekend with Wei’s RV was perfect. The RV was fully equipped, super cleaned and well maintained. We used a fully hooked-up system at our campsite but could have used the RV is a fully autonomous way too.
Wei’s communication was excellent and he was also very flexible for the pickup and drop off. I highly recommend renting from him and we will surely do it again in the future!
