Great overall experience, Norman responded quickly to messages and keeps the trailer well kept.
Norman was responsive throughout the process, and always trying to help.
The trailer is in good condition. Other than a couple of minor things - everything was in good condition.
It was a pleasure to rent from Norman. Pickup and drop off of the trailer was as easy as it could be. And I found the floor plan of his trailer to be very comfortable.
I did run into a couple of issues, but Norman was very good about addressing them.
As others have noted, the trailer wasn’t as clean as it could have been when I picked it up but it wasn’t bad enough to be an issue.
The trailer was great but there were a few issues we experienced. The gas regulator was not working so we had no gas for cooking or showering. That was a huge bummer. Also it wasn’t very clean. Definitely dirty counters and floors. And I’m not too sure all the bedding provided was even clean. I’m not very happy with the rental due to these issues. Otherwise the trailer was fine. Just being honest.

The propane worked fine when I tested after return though, I'll make sure we work through the appliances in the future if you decided to rent again. Thank you and apologies for the inconvenience.
Norman was great to rent from. He was communicative, open throughout the experience, honest and had a helpful video for how to attach the RV. I recommend renting from him.
The RV is fully functional, but a little dated in some places. Good idea is to bring your own sheets and blankets. You can view this rental as a good value for some basic RVing.
The owner was great, and spent time helping us setup the RV and taught us the RV knowledge as this was our first time having trip with RV trailer. Will definitely recommend renting RV from him.
