One thing to pay attention is the CarPlay does not support Android phone (Google Pixel 9).
I have a pleasant trip and experience with the RV and the owner.
RV was great, it worked perfectly for us. The size was perfect for a family with a dog. I found the shorter length with the pop up sleeping area to be a bonus since I could stay at about any campground without worrying about size.
Unfortunately owners were only available via video on the pick up and heating device did not work and because we were in remote area couldn't trouble shoot the issue. Therefore we had no heat the awning was broken. Owners were very nice but lots of things did not work and they were not available during pick up to trouble shoot or explain issues.
The thermostat problem found after vehicle returned due to previous renter unplugged the remote from main outlet. However, we provide portable heater immediately on the day pick up that renters can use during their stay, but the camp’s location they rented did not allow generator overnight and no plug-in on site.
We enjoyed the campervan on our trip north to Jedediah State Redwoods Park. The turning radius on HWY 1 and 101 north was amazing as the road is very twisty.
The campervan bed with the pillows and mattress was very comfortable. My husband and I both fit on the bed in the back of the van. We did not use the pop up.
Great van!!! Easy pick up and was the perfect size for 2 adults and a 11 year old. Would definitely rent again!!!
This van was provided in condition consistent with the pictures and description. Owners highly communicative and responsive. No complaints.
