Property Damage Claims Adjuster

Who You Are:

As a Property Damage Claims Adjuster, you will investigate, evaluate, and resolve Specialty Lines (think RVs) claims in a variety of states across the country. The Adjuster will remotely determine values of a claim and negotiate settlements within limits of authority. Adjusters will also perform other related duties as assigned. You’ll work closely with the Head of Claims to recognize loss trends across various partners and identify ways to improve the claims handling process. In addition, you’ll be handling customer interactions across all channels, and ensuring our customer experience is as positive as possible.

Exceptional evaluation and judgment skills are required to develop all potential exposures in the file, and to properly set indemnity reserves. Customer Service is paramount every day..

  • 3+ years of Property Damage Claims experience

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivation and strong attention to detail

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

About the Role:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a high level of investigation, analysis, evaluation and negotiation skills, including interpretation of specialty lines coverages

  • Determine if estimates or appraisals are appropriate based upon reported damages and other evidence

  • Adhere to proper procedures relating to the evaluation of Property Damage claims

  • Make recommendations for the disposition of claims in excess of individual settlement authority

  • Responsible for maintaining optimal file quality and documenting all aspects of claims handling

  • Plan and conduct investigations (including but not limited to interviewing parties involved, collect and evaluate documentation, secure evidence and protect the chain-of-custody, determine inspection needs, order police reports, scene investigation, take witness statements, review material damage photos, etc.) to analyze coverage, determine liability, compensability, and extent of damages

  • Assist the Underwriting team by reviewing screening profiles and make rapid & accurate decisions based on risk data and established guidelines

  • Facilitate customer-centric behaviors and a superior customer experience for both internal and external customers

  • Demonstrate time management for handling necessary customer outreach and reviewing claims within established service level agreements

SEO Manager

Who You Are:

  • You have a deep passion for SEO, and you’ve been working in-house as an SEO Manager for 5+ years.

  • Experience working with technical SEO topics such as structured data, headless CMS, NGINX/.htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization (CWV), user experience, and website performance.

  • Proven track record in managing SEO projects from inception to completion.

  • Experience quantifying marketing impact and SEO performance with a strong understanding of technical SEO (sitemaps, crawl budget, canonicalization, etc.).

  • You have experience working with tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Botify. That’s the primary toolset we currently have for SEO.

  • You care deeply about creating high-performance marketing channels.

  • You’re not afraid of seeing an opportunity and leading the efforts to set up something new: you’re a self-starter, competitive, and aggressive in achieving the goals given to you.

  • Possesses strong project management skills and can balance multiple projects simultaneously.

  • You have an execution mindset; you get things done and make sure people & partners are aligned.

  • You’re an analytical thinker with experience with SQL, tools like Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel/Amplitude, and visualization tools like Tableau/Looker Studio.

  • You feel comfortable around engineering and product teams; the word API doesn’t scare you.

  • You feel comfortable dealing with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and know what SSR means.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

About the Role:

The SEO Manager is responsible for building a world-class SEO program and driving incremental bookings. Your primary responsibility is to seek new ways to drive scalable growth for SEO, mainly through product-led SEO. This will include working with our product and engineering team to ensure that all our SEO integrations are top-notch.

Key Objectives include:

  • Manage a world-class SEO program for RVshare: Orchestrate high-volume, organic search growth. Be able to drive double-digit growth yearly from organic search.

  • Lead, execute, and project-manage a range of initiatives, from schema.org improvements to architectural site changes, while working closely with engineering, content, and product teams.

  • Create and execute a roadmap of initiatives to drive growth from SEO.

  • Develop and implement new content strategies with our content team (internal & external).

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a world-class SEO strategy.

  • Provide detailed content briefings and guidance to the content team to help them develop and implement new content strategies.

  • Build out existing data & licensing partnerships to increase content relevancy.

  • Provide actionable recommendations for site structure, creative design, keyword and link development strategies, and content optimization that impacts conversion.

  • Find, evaluate, and capitalize on SEO expansion opportunities at all levels – must be able to see things others don't and successfully drive growth.

  • Evaluate search demand to identify growth opportunities for our content and product.

  • Manage our authority-building efforts: You'll support the PR & Partnerships team on outreach strategies and authority development by building out assets, informing them about outreach opportunities, and bringing new ideas to the table.

  • Create detailed reports on SEO performance in specific sectors and report on SEO performance throughout the organization.

  • Report internally to teams about performance, tasks, and other factors to help them understand the program and align with their goals.

  • To develop winning strategies and stay abreast of updates in search engine algorithms, the competitive landscape, and the industry.

  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products, and markets for consumer and performance-based marketing and lead generation.

  • Build out the reporting suite (DBT, Nozzle), move away from SEMrush if possible.

  • Own the technical SEO roadmap for our marketplace and work with Marketing’s Product Manager to implement it.

  • Co-own the SEO roadmap for the blog and work with established Vendors to implement it.

  • Develop in-depth briefings for the editorial/SEO content team.

  • Develop a roadmap for SEO data integrations to further establish us as the data leader in the outdoor space (campgrounds, etc.).

  • Support the Brand organization in creating assets/landing pages that can be used for authority building / building out RVshare as a trusted authority in the outdoor hospitality space.
