Come work with us

Expand your career at a fast-growing travel and tech business!

We are passionate about connecting people through travel.

RVshare is the first and largest RV rental marketplace, with an expansive inventory ranging from luxury motorhomes to compact campers. RVs and motorhomes are a multi-billion dollar industry and every year, 40+ million people go on an RV trip. The majority of RVs in the United States go unused most of the year. RVshare connects travelers looking to experience an RV trip with RV owners interested in turning their RV into a source of income. Since we were founded in 2013, we have successfully built a leading position in the emerging market of RV rentals, amassing more than two million days booked. At RVshare you will be challenged to question the status quo, and encouraged to share new and forward-thinking ideas. The RV travel industry is growing and changing and it’s an exciting time to be a part of it. Our work environment is fun, collaborative, and data-driven. We take pride in our flexible workplace and trust employees to get their work done.

The health and happiness of our team matter to us.

We want our employees to have a true work-life balance, and it’s important to us that our benefits and culture reflect that. We encourage our team to take an RV trip for themselves, donate to causes that are important to them, and spend time with their families.
