- Festivals of any kind must have prior approval. Festival rates, deposit and additional cleaning fees will apply. Burning Man festival not permitted.
- Extra cleaning fee will be charged if there is excess dirt, sand, debri or any odors left in the RV.

We rented Kevin’s comfortable and customized RV to take our twin toddlers on a trip to several national parks across the state. Kevin was quick to communicate and answer any questions we had and the pickup experience was efficient and streamlined.

The van was easy to drive and had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children. We were camped without hookups around freezing temperatures and found that a full battery still lasted us about 12 hours between generator re-charges, thanks to the option of propane-powered heating.
Kevin was very responsive to questions we had during the trip.
My wife, 9 year old son, 8 year old daughter and I used Kevin’s Winnebago View to spend the weekend at Jellystone campground in Lodi this past weekend. This was our family’s first time using an RV (and camping) and Kevin did a great job of explaining how his state of the art RV worked so we were comfortable using all the features.
The perfect RV! We had a blast with our family of 5, it is an amazing RV, super clean and tidy, with the perfect balance between size and comfort. Kevin is the best host you can imagine, available for all questions etc. We would definitely highly recommend this RV and we would for sure rent again from Kevin!
It was the best RV we had rented so far. Everything was super clean and organized. Kevin responded to our question within a minute. I'm so glad I found this RV for our road trip. We will rent again from him for our future road trips.
