Rules & Policies

- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No Festivals or Tailgate Events. No Burning Man Rental.
- Please use jacks for stabilizing only, not for leveling.
- Please add a black tank treatment each time after dumping.
- Please use the included water pressure regulator to protect the plumbing system.
We do early pick up and late drop off. Please consider that is like an extra day for using trailer for free. Please be prepared to pick up the trailer early in the morning at 9 AM and you can drop it as late as 5 PM.
