Doug and Jody made an extra $10,000 renting their RV when they weren't using it. Check out their story in the video above.
I had interested renters within one week, and in no time I had made $3,500 off of four rentals. Using RVshare makes my RV payment and provides me with additional extra income.
I decided to start renting to RVshare because I wanted to increase our family income while paying down the debt on the camper. I get inquiries every day! Share your RV, share the love!
Mostly I wanted to offset the cost of owning my RV so that I could keep it. I would highly recommend doing this. I have so enjoyed meeting the people who have rented my RV and feel as if they are now friends.
I received inquiries within days of posting my listing, and this year I did close to $68,000 in bookings. The biggest benefits have been the cash-flow and meeting people from all over the Midwest.

YES! We have more demand for RV rentals than anyone else. RVshare receives millions of visitors every year. There’s huge demand for RV rentals in all cities across the U.S. both big and small. Once you list your RV for rent, you’ll start getting rental requests in no time.
Even though RVshare renters are characteristically very respectful and treat the RV just like it was their own, damage can still occur. Once your RV is approved for RVshare rental insurance, you’re covered by two protective mechanisms of the RVshare platform:
If your RV is damaged in an accident, whether collision or otherwise, RVshare Rental Insurance covers the full cash value of your RV. This even includes things like if a tree falls on your RV.
For small damages and any damage caused to the inside of your RV (such as a broken cupboard or stained sofa), your security deposit is there for you to make a claim against. RVshare even reserves the right to charge renters above and beyond the security deposit if necessary.
There is no cost to get started, you can list your RV for rent absolutely FREE.
RVshare only makes money when you make money.
A small commission comes from each booking to help cover the cost of marketing your listing, providing free 24/7 roadside assistance, renter and owner support, our secure payment processing, and more. The rental commission is as low as 15%.
Once your RV qualifies, all of your rentals are covered with third party liability, comprehensive, and collision coverage. RV’s over $200,000 in value and/or 15 years of age are ineligible. There is no cost to you as the owner, and you do not have to change your personal RV insurance policy.
RVshare takes the pain out of getting paid. Our secure payment system handles all payments and security deposits, so you don’t have to worry about collecting cash from renters. RVshare releases the funds directly to your bank account one business day after the start of the rental.
The average RV owner earns more than $10,000 per year in extra income renting their RV. Some RV owners are earning more than $30,000 a year. The exact amount you will earn varies based on the type of RV you have and where you are located.
