This is our second time renting from Jean and it as as smooth as last time. We have no problems and had a great trip! Jean was responsive and pickup and dropoff was flexible and convenient.
Jean was incredibly gracious and accepted our reservation last minute (as another RV we had booked on this platform canceled on us a few hours before pick-up). Without her help (and awesome RV) we wouldn't have been able to make our national parks road trip happen!
We took our two kids with this for four nights and had a great time. Jean was very thorough in her walkthrough and continued to support us during the trip when we had issues (which were user issues, rather than RV issues).
The RV worked great and had plenty of room. The cooking area felt cramped to me compared to cooking outdoors but it's very convenient.
It was my first time camping with this kind of van, and it was a great experience. We took this van for dry camping at Arroyo Seco Campground. We were able to bring enough water for cooking, washing dishes, and showers. Pretty easy to drive and park almost anywhere.
