Horrible experience. We were not told that the stove was broken and it would make a loud rattling noise the entire trip and back. This was a very uncomfortable ride for our family and kids. Owner Elyas did not disclose! Then he tried to overage our charges and charge up gas that I already filled. I feel cheated and scammed.
Daniel, I’m sorry to hear you felt disappointed, but I do want to clarify a few things for accuracy. At no point during your trip did you report any issue with the stove or a loud rattling noise, even when we were in contact. Had you reached out, I would have done everything I could to address it right away or offer alternatives.
It was our first trip using an RV, it was just wonderful! Elyas showed us all Rv and taught us everything in detail, he is super honest and helpful. His Rv is excellent and supplied in addition to our needs and has everything you need on a daily basis for a camping day. Everything works perfectly, Our family super recommends this RV!!! Thank you Elyas and we will definitely use your RV again.
