Pascal was a great teacher and showed us all the parts the Rv and how everything worked in a quick tutorial before we took off. Everything worked great and the RV was pretty easy to drive and maneuver. The AC worked great and did not use too much fuel (1/4 tank over 3 days) I appreciated all the different sleeping options and the pop out bed in the back was very comfortable.
Pascal made it very easy, and was very helpful along the way!
This is meant to be a very honest review. Not to bash or praise the owner and his RV but to tell future people who are planning to reserve what to expect.
The RV offered for rent is older than what you see on the pictures. It was not in great shape as described. The owner did spend time going through everything, but he needed to since the RV was in disarray.
This renter isn't truthful because he lost his arbitration claim with RVShare.
Great rental experience! If I could change one thing it would be the door to the trash can cabinet to close properly but other than that we loved it!
As a first time RV user, I was a little apprehensive about driving a large vehicle. Pascal spent almost an hour patiently explaining the features and also gave me confidence in driving the RV. He took me on a test ride to get me comfortable. The whole experience was very pleasant. Pascal quickly helped me with few questions I had while on the road. I would highly recommend Pascal and this RV!
Pascal was very helpful with this process, as I was a first time RV renter. Overall, this was a great experience and I would happily rent from him the next time I’m in the bay area. He knows his vehicle inside and out, and i felt like I did as well after the quick briefing. Many thanks!!
