We were first time RV renters and were really lucky to have chosen such a great vehicle and host. Xiao's communications were excellent and proactive. The vehicle performed as advertised, and we would be happy to rent this one again. I've rated everything as 5-star other than amenities. The only thing that would've made this rental better would've been to have a microwave.
