This was my first rental experience though not my first RV experience, and it exceeded my expectations. Ivan was incredibly easy to deal with, and the trailer is effectively brand new, super clean, and fully-equipped. Highly recommended.
Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No Smoking, vaping or drug use is allowed in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. remediation specialist charge PLUS a service fee of $100
- Racks, towing behind the trailer or other attachments to the exterior of the vehicle is prohibited.
- Renter is responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
- If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS
- Renter is responsible for making sure their tow vehicle can safely tow GVWR 6869 lbs and minimum 707 lb tongue weight. Cargo weight shall not exceed 1212 lbs.
