- 1)Upon returning, empty both the black and gray water tanks. Flush the toilet few times to clear off any residual waste inside black tank. Ensure the indication of both tanks signal empty .
- 2) No Smoking inside RV. Fees will charged if discovered smoking inside RV.
- It's not allowed for towing under any circumstances. Fees $2000 will be charged if found towing
- Clean dishes and cooking pans of all grease before washing in the kitchen sink to avoid clogging the gray water tank.
- RV return shall be in full fuel tank. Otherwise, there will be $50 refueling charge plus fuel cost will be added.
