Owner showed up 5 hours before the scheduled pick up time (9:40am in the morning he was knocking on the door to pick it up when he was scheduled for a 3pm pickup) then turned around & filed a cleaning fee claim because of the lack of time we had to actually clean the RV.
Hello, the campground stated check out time was set for 11:00am and we showed up at 10:00am to pickup the RV which takes an hour. We don’t recall knocking on the door because you met us outside. In regards to the claims, we have pictures to support them. We do apologize for the inconvenience but we had to pay out of pocket for the damages and cleaning.
Loved my experience, the trailer was clean. The trailer was delivered on time and picked up on time, communication with the owners daily..
