- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- You may not make any modifications to the travel trailer or any property & possessions within it
- Removal of any items from the travel trailer will result in fines
- You may not use the travel trailer for any illegal activity
- You must return the black water tank empty and cleaned. Additional fines will be assessed to renter if not.
- Pets should not be left unattended in the travel trailer. This is for the safety of pets as well as structure and property within the trailer.
