The family-oriented floor plan puts the sink, toilet, and shower all inside a private washroom.

- You return the gas at the same levels as you started your adventure, if we need to go to the gas station, we will have to charge you $8 per gallon MIN $40. The same with gas also applies to propane.
- Black and Gray tanks need to be emptied when you return the RV or we can do it for you for a fee of $150.00
- You acknowledge and accept these fees and conditions when you book with us.
- No festivals or special events without prior approval, agreement to our rules and payment of the festival/special event fee
