They were upfront about a few issues with the black water tank upon pick up. Other than that we had a great time.
We had a great time with the trailer. Rented it for two whole weeks. Andrew is diligent with repairs and maintenance, and everything went smoothly. Included some extra amenities like the outdoor grill, which was awesome. Thank you!!
Andrew did deliver the RV to our campsite, but several things were not a good experience and communication was very bad. Reaching out on the RV share, Andrew only replied once when I reached out. The RV needed repairs and that’s why it was delivered. When the RV arrived, it was not clean, the freezer and fridge had a very bad odor. My wife had to clean it and still smelled.
When I got there to pick it up there was a 1 pm check out time it takes time to hook it up. You left the black tank valve open which could cause a bad smell to go into rv. The rv was getting repairedat shop and they turned the refrigerator off which made it smell. It was professional cleaned right before it was dropped off.
