- 2) Grey/Black water tanks must be returned EMPTY ($200 service fee will be taken out of your security deposit if they are not empty)
- 3) Propane use is a flat fee of $25 OR bring your own 20lbs standard grill size tank
- 4) DO NOT burn campfire under/near awning (if damaged, you surrender your ENTIRE security deposit and will receive no refunds)
- 5) DO NOT leave awning open and unattended (if damaged, you surrender your ENTIRE security deposit and will receive no refunds)

What a wonderful camper and experience we had! Couldn’t have been happier!
This was our first time in an RV and we parked it in our driveway over the holiday week for extra sleeping space. My kids loved it and it had everything the needed. Very clean and modern and communication with Kelley and Ben was excellent. They made the whole experience very smooth!
While we have tent camped and used friend/family campers in the past, this was the first time we rented a camper from any website or company so we were a bit hesitant at first.
We couldn't have asked for a more positive experience. Everything from the first message to the drop-off was efficient and pleasant - in a word, easy. The trailer is very well equipped with everything needed for setup and stays, and the walk-around familiarization was comprehensive and helpful. On top of all that, the cost was more than reasonable and represents great value.
