This was supposed to be fun trip with 2 dads and 3 boys going to a Penn State game for 2 nights. It was essentially a circus from start to finish beginning with Steve had cancelled the first RV 2 days before we left because of a windshield issue.
We are truly sorry that your experience didn’t fully meet your expectations.
We did want to clarify a few points. When we first noticed the heater, we immediately worked to resolve it and were able to get it functioning again. At that point, you chose to take the complimentary upgrade we offered — something we were happy to do to ensure your comfort.
We had an amazing vacation in large Marge! She was great for our large family of 6! Plenty of room! Steven was amazing from start to finish! Always very communicative and would get back to me within minutes! Large Marge is a little more used than the pictures but was perfect!

Steven was great. This was our first rv rental so we had many questions and he answered them all promptly. The RV was very nice and spacious. We drove it to upstate NY and it had plenty of power for all of the steep mountainous roads. There were a few very minor flaws inside the rv (loose door, and loose TV mount) but for a rental that is a few years old it is in very good condition.
Throughout the whole rental process Steve was very easy to work with, communication was prompt and instructions were clear. I’d do it again.
Easy process, Steve was terrific. All around fantastic rental.
