Michael is an excellent owner. He is very quick to respond to questions- and I had a lot of them! His help at pickup was outstanding. I felt very confident I could drive and operate his RV safely and efficiently. The RV worked very well and was comfortable. It was our first time using an RV of any sort, and I felt it was perfect way to enter the RV experience.
Mike was easy to work with and got back to us quickly. We enjoyed our trip and learned a lot about RVing!
I rented Micheal’s RV with my wife, 9 month old, and dog for 6 nights around Christmas. We visited the Redwoods, Monterey, and Yosemite. We loved the size of the RV and the ease of driving it. Micheal shared an extensive PDF and videos to help us understand every feature of the RV. He was also very accessible if we ever had questions.
Mike pays attention to details and his communication was excellent with prompt responses all the way the rental process. He provided very detailed manuals, even videos that were more than useful for me who never driven an RV before. The vehicle was in good condition, matching the description. We called it our home for almost two weeksz.
