Russell was excellent with communication throughout the renting, pick up and drop off periods. He worked with Hayden, who was helpful and informative on instructing us how to use the RV since this was our first time renting and using an RV. Some extra tips on use of the vehicle would’ve helped with driving, using the amenities, and even turning the vehicle on/off or balancing the vehicle.
The only reason I give 4 star is that the water pump did not work. It worked for maybe a minute and then the water only dripped. It was inconvenient and fortunately we had enough water in the RV and most nights we had hookup and we had restrooms around the rv parking. Russel is very nice and hopefully he will fix the issue after the issue is identified.
We replaced the water pump. Water function restored to normal operation. Sorry that happened in the middle of your trip.
