The van's floor was dirty and the carpeted area was filthy. Someone had left a bottle of honey in one of the cabinets and it had spilled, leaving the cabinet a sticky mess. The kitchen area sink leaked into the top drawer. The awning was broken and unusable, this information wasn't provided until I specifically asked how to work it at pickup.
