Amin returned emails and text very quickly. However the day we were to pick up the RV someone named Abdul contacted us about pick up. He did not go through the list that RVSHARE provided, he did not know if the propane tanks were full. The sway bars for the trailer were missing which made the trailer bounce while pulling it. In The photo's when booking there is a nice canopy attached, the canopy is there and rotted and was ducked onto the trailer. We had to put something else around to keep it from falling. In the photo's there was an actual mattress, when we picked it up there was an old 3" (if lucky) piece of foam. I had to put a comforter down under the sheets. The trailer smelled and was dirty when we picked it up. I had to scrub the inside of the refrigerator and spend time cleaning the entire trailer before we could leave. When we dropped the trailer off there was no one there to check us out, we were told to leave it where we got it.
For what we need it for it was fine...The RV needs a major cleaning especially the vents as you can visually see the debris build up over time. Some of the blinds need attention and the exterior awning needs repair. (it was tied with the black pull string. I replaced the pull string with an elastic band for better security.
The pick up was a challenge due to the 7 pin plug needed to be repaired (which set us back a little more than an hour)
Response from Amin
