Moreno Valley California Fifth Wheel Rental Reviews
Great and attentive service from Jared and Megan and honesty about a couple of small things they were about to fix on the Trailer before it was delivered. Just a shame we could not stay in it longer.
This 2016 Keystone Cougar trailer is clean; well maintained; the appliances work well; and has lots of room. The best amenity was the two recliner couch. Best nap ever!
Our family had a good time with Darren’s RV. I recommend.
Being honest is being kind to those who might come behind us, and as important, is being transparent to the owner if he chooses to continue to use this RV as a rental. This owner did not really try to treat us well…in my opinion, his actions were not authentic or genuine. His actions showed us that he didn’t really care about our experience. The RV was delivered in less than subpar condition. The carpet and floorings were filthy dirty, dishes in the cupboards were dirty (e.g. frying pans left with grease in them), toilet seat broken, electrical system and or a/c malfunctioning (had to turn off the electricity the first night due to fear of safety), propane gas leak due to empty tank (owner suggested we turn off the gas and simply use the microwave instead), and the RV rocked back and forth (with the slightest movements…such as turning over in bed) due to owner not willing to place or level with jacks that were stowed away under RV. He simply replied, “that’s about all we ever do, sorry.” The owner did come by the following day after delivery and seemed befuddled about the issues. He recommended we not use the a/c or only turn on the circuit breaker when in use. When the owner picked up the RV, he admitted that he knew he rented us the RV with dirty carpet and stated, “sorry for the troubles,” for which I replied, “we made it work.” What else could we do, let it ruin our special event amongst friends visiting from out-of-state. I do not believe that the $75 cleaning fee we were charged is justified, for we had to clean all the dirty dishes before using them, as well as, we had to clean the bathroom, the flooring and deal with the filthy carpet for the duration of our 4-night stay. This was a very disappointing experience all the way around.
