- No festivals, Nascar, Burning Man or Coachella without pre approval of special rates, extra security deposit and extra cleaning fee.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING whatsoever in or near our trailer.
A reminder that this 5th Wheel is NOT to be rented for Nascar, Festivals, Coachella and especially BURNING MAN without advance authorization and notice to give us to to prep and seal areas of the coach. Absolutely no pets or smoking inside the trailer.
