RV needs to be returned the way it was recieved. You recieve the RV with a full tank of gas, full propane tank, and empty black and grey water tanks. If you want to recieve clean water let me know in advance so that we can fill the tank with clean water.

Arsen was very helpful. The RV was very clean and ran great.
Arsen was super responsive typically in less than 15 min during the process. While we thought the price seemed high (our 1st RV rental and for Burning Man), everything was as listed. We loved the ride!
Irrespective of those of two minor items, we would rent again!
We were late getting out and Arsen kindly agreed to fill the propane and take away our trash (for a fee) but helped us out a lot!

The RV is beautiful - clean, easy to drive, and everything worked. There is plenty of kitchen equipment, including a pod-type coffee maker, toaster (both require use of the generator), utensils, pots, pans, plates, bowls, and one large bowl; there are no sharp knives, but we brought one. There are towels, sheets, blankets, and pillows.
Great rental experience. No issues at all.
