- -Holding Tanks MUST be completely emptied prior to return. There will be a charge of $100 if not returned completely empty.
- -Pick up and Return times must be upheld, unless discussed prior to booking completion. If returned past discussed return time, another day of rental could be deducted from security deposit.
- -Renter is responsible for ANY damages that occur during the rental period. Any damages will be evaluated upon return, and fees with be taken from security deposit.
- -RV must be returned cleaned to the best of your ability. This includes refrigerator, bathroom, and other areas. Additional fee(outside of standard cleaning fee) may be collected if not returned clean
- -Outside Griddle must be wiped down and cleaned prior to return, Or there will be a $40 charge taken from security deposit.
