Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Due to Covid and for sanitary reasons we will no longer be providing bedding, linens, or towels for rentals. There are 2 single bunks, one queen, and two full size beds.
- We love animals. Especially well-behaved animals. We do not let our pets on the furniture. We do not allow wet animals into our homes. Please use the provided furniture covers.
- The maximum roundtrip mileage the RV can be used for is 1000 total miles over the allotted daily allowance. So a week rental could get up to 1700 total miles. Additional charges apply for overage.
- The max capacity we will allow in the RV is 5. We recently discovered the electrical system cannot handle the use of over 4-5 people. We only have 3 seatbelts in the cabin and 2 seatbelts in the front
Please bring the unit back in the condition you received it. Bring your own bedding and towels as these are not provided. Basic cooking and other dining items are provided. If the unit is returned excessively dirty there will be an extra $150 charged for cleaning. The RV will...
