Any issues with this trip were my own. There was one minor issue with the unit, which Ryan was responsive and helpful to fix - he was even quick to offer to drive out and help address if needed.
Ryan also took time to explain things and offer tips, tricks, and suggestions to help with our first RV life experience.
Very much recommend.
