- Cleaning Rules * Rentals to Beach, Desert or Dune locations must not have Sand/Dirt on the Beds, Carpet, Counters or Floor * Absolutely no stains or debri in the Bathroom Toilet $100 per Violation.
- Pet Rules * Although Pets are Allowed, Pet's are not allowed on the Couches, Benches or Beds. * Pet Cleaning Fee must be added if you have a Pet. * Signs of a Pet after return will incur $100 Fee.
Burning Man Deposit is $2000.
