Trailer not clean when dropped off at our destination.
Charged for propane which should be owners responsibility.

Hello Valerie, we thoroughly clean every trailer after every rental. We cleaned very well before you got trailer. Also propane is to be returned full. If not full then an additional fee is charge for us providing that service. It’s like when you rent a car. You have to return tan...
