RV was very nice( a few interior dings and scratches, hinge on closet falling off, etc), timely delivery. Communication was great prior to delivery and good after. Creek rising and flooding due to tropical storm (flash flood warnings) and evacuation was necessary of campground. This gave me some anxiety and we had to cut our stay short due to the weather.
Thank you for your honest review. I appreciate the feedback and will make corrections and repairs. I apologize for the confusion, but it was impossible to modify the reservation without paying for the delivery, overhead and usage; with RVShare fees, I would end up grossing negative, therefore I suggested requesting RVShare refund the reservation.
Excellent experience. This is my first time renting an RV. I was nervous about driving one Then I saw Harold’s ad that offered a drop off and set up which was a perfect option. It doesn’t limit you to which RV to choose according to your skill. The RV was exactly as pictured and the drop off and pick up timely.
Great rental! I did delivery and Harold set everything up. Very responsive before delivery and pick up. Camper is super nice and my kids loved having their own room.
