Lackawanna State Park RV & Campground Guide

Pennsylvania

Lackawanna State Park consists of 1,445 acres of land in northwestern Pennsylvania, 10 miles outside the bustling city of Scranton and about six miles from Clarks Summit. The park's main centerpiece is the beautiful 198-acre Lackawanna Lake, which is surrounded by peaceful forests and gorgeous Pennsylvania mountains. The Lenape native tribe occupied this area for several years using one of its trails that led north to present-day New York State territories. The 2.5-mile-long lake has more than 7.5 miles of shoreline, making it a popular place for catching fish.
