- 1. Please leave the trailer cleaner than you found it. Empty the trash, remove all personal items. We will do a deep cleaning and sanitize before the next guest.
- 2. No smoking, vaping or open flames (except stove) inside the trailer. Smoke odors linger and no one likes it. Please do not use the grill under the awning or near the trailer.
- 3. Respect weight limits, driving and set up rules. Drive responsibly, no off roading. Take care not to bottom out. Level and stabilize using the blocks. The jacks cannot suspend the trailer's weight.
- 4. Only the named renters can stay in the trailer. We love dogs, but this rig is too small for any fur babies. No pets!
- 5. Follow waste, water and propane procedures. Only Marine/RV toilet paper (provided)may be used. Do not pour grease waste in the drains. Return with full propane.
