The pickup and drop off were very easy. The help given to me, is more than can be paid for. Communication throughout the process was complete. I would rent an RV again from Michael again. I was very impressed and appreciative.

Everything from start to finish was great. Michael was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Delivery and set up were completely smooth. The camper was clean. The only disappointing thing was that there was no awning. He explained that it was broken by previous renters but he did provide a canopy for us to use. Overall, a great experience with Michael and his camper.

This is my 2nd time now renting from Michael, both times have been great with no issues. Both of his parents are very nice! Of course Michael too!! Every year I go to knoebels for our annual father’s day camping trip which was our 23rd year with the family. Already booked for next year!
