Shifu is very responsive and super accommodating for my family. I messaged him before my trip and he sent me videos of the walkthrough along with photos of the additional items on the RV.
He also accommodated me with blenders, 6 lawn chairs an additional grill, and extra miscellaneous items that I needed to go camping with.
