- Festivals & events must be disclosed. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of entire security deposit. If not returned in same clean condition as it left there will be a $1000 cleaning fee.
- All Festival requests are subject to additional fees and restrictions and are approved on a case by case basis
- Please return RV in same condition it was rented to avoid extra fees
- Please opt in to dumping fee if you will not be emptying tanks yourself. If we need to do this upon return there will be an extra $25 fee plus normal dumping fee added.

Excellent service! This RV was fully equipped with everything we needed! Jennifer and Eric were easy to communicate with and made this week an absolute delight to share with our grandchildren! They delivered it right to the campground and all we had to do was unpack!
Rented the Hideout from Eric and Jennifer and both were amazing to work with. Their communication was great and any questions I had was answered promptly). For us being first time RV camping had a really great time. I want to thank the renters for great communication and going out of their way to help us hooking up and teaching us around the RV it self.
