- Smoking inside the camper or outside of camper w/ windows open is strictly prohibited. A smoke detector is installed. IF SMOKE OR SMOKING PARAPHERNALIA IS DETECTED SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE REVOKED.
- Camper is pet friendly BUT pets allowed on a case by case basis with a deposit of $100. IF PETS ARE DETECTED WITHOUT APPROVAL A $250 FEE WILL BE TAKEN FROM SECURITY DEPOSIT.
- Please keep the camper nice and clean, no shoes on beds, seats and couch. Limit the tracking of dirt into the camper. Flush only RV SAFE toilet paper. Lost keys will be charged $35 per key.
- Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Please stay off the roof. Yes there is a ladder there but don't climb up there
