My wife and I enjoyed this camper very much. It was super clean and organized. Melvin was so accommodating and even provided us with some fresh ground coffee for our enjoyment. It was super good coffee! Look forward to renting from him again in the future.

- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- During high winds or while away from the camper for long periods of time the awning should be rolled in and all vents closed to protect it
- Absolutely no smoking 🚭 inside RV , security deposit will not be refunded.
- Renter has to pay for pet damage on interior if found any stayed on the RV
- Renter has to pay for exterior and interior damages cause while using the RV
- NO PETS ALLOWED NO SMOKING ALLOWED
