Beware –nice new RV, but I would avoid renting from the owner at all cost. We had the same issue as a previous comment with a refrigerator not working. We also found the black water tank leaking out on the RV site. In trying to work through the issues with the owner, he became hot real quick and threatened to come get the RV and take us to court, etc. Honestly, it was a little scary.

RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!There were multiple issues during stay with owner. If you decide to take a huge leap of faith and rent from them, make sure you have EVERYTHING, I MEAN EVERYTHING documented throughout RV share messages, not by phone as that seems to be the way the owner likes to communicate to get away with unethical charges.
Nice, reliable motor home and owner was cooperative. I was disappointed in the cleanliness as there was standing water in the freezer and the floors did not appear to be mopped.
Good experience. Bathroom was not clean and the grey tank was not emptied. Otherwiser we have a great time adn would recommend it.
Great RV! Dropped off very very late, and we needed to clean the inside thoroughly. It was very dusty and crumbs everywhere. After this, they charged us over $100 for gas when we picked it up with barely over a half tank and dropped it off with barely less. They also charged us extra at the end for over mileage after we discussed it up front. My previous experience on RV share was much smoother.
