The 2025 South Carolina State Fair is this year's edition of the 11-day annual event that typically sees about 40,000 or more visitors. Tips for RVers at the South Carolina State Fair:
Become familiar with all the rules of the South Carolina State Fair. If you are traveling with teens, they cannot be on the fairgrounds after 6 p.m. without adult supervision. All bags are subject to search as you enter the venue.
Guests cannot bring specific items to the fair, including weapons, outside food and drink, and selfie sticks. Soliciting isn’t permitted, and smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated smoking areas only.
Bring your car to your campground and drive it to the fair to save on fuel and parking. You can also avoid tickets when shopping in local areas where RV parking isn’t available.
Review all rules and guidelines for your campground before arriving. Some campgrounds don’t allow alcoholic beverages, smoking, or campfires. It’s best to know what to expect before your arrival.

Turn left, then turn right. The South Carolina State Fair will be on the right. From Cayce: Head north on Middleton Street toward Hazel Street. Turn right onto US-176 West/US-321 North.
