very friendly and easy to communicate with
Me and 5 of my closest friends rented this for Bonaroo this year (2025). The size was perfect to accommodate all of us and we were just mostly happy to have A/C. Even though the festival got cancelled after day 1, we still utilized the rest of our reservation at a closer campground. During the drives, we were told that the A/C would work with the generator however it never did for us.
It was great, plan on renting again this year
