Rev up your Memorial Day weekend with the historic 66th running of the Coca-Cola 600, NASCAR’s toughest test of man and machine!

ON-SITE AMENITIES

Fans can make the whole weekend surrounding a NASCAR race a lot of fun! Guests are allowed to bring in one 14x14x14-inch soft-sided cooler or school backpack with food and beverages (alcohol is allowed, but no glass containers). RVING AT THE EVENT

RV camping is a great way to experience a NASCAR event! You get a unique, up-close view of all the action, and have all your food, drinks, and other necessities just a few steps away. There are nine RV campgrounds and one tent campground to choose from at the Charlotte Motor Speedway, including a Family Campground with a quiet time observance for sleepy children (and adults!). You can also camp nearby:

• Elmore RV Park & Campground - has full hookups with water, power, and sewage, and free WiFi. 

• Camp Wilderness - features full hookups with water, sewer, and electric. Choose from 30 and 50-amp service. Each site also has a charcoal grill. 

• Crown Cove RV Park - is pet-friendly and has showers, laundry, and a dog run. The campground offers full hookups and WiFi.  

• Glenwood Acres RV Park - has full hookups with 30 or 50-amp service and WiFi. It’s within walking distance of the Speedway, and has walking trails, picnic tables, and grass or paved sites. There’s an on-site gas station and convenience store. 

WHERE TO STAY

RV Camping

Whether you own a motorhome or use a rental from RVshare, RV camping is a great way to travel for a Supercross event! You’ll be able to spend all day at the races, then head back to your own quiet retreat, with food and other comforts of home. 

Hotels

If you decide not to camp, there are plenty of hotels in the area as well. You can find hotels recommended by the Charlotte Speedway here. You can often find good deals on travel sites like Expedia or Travelocity as well.

HOW TO GET THERE

From the south: Take Exit 49 off I-85 (Bruton Smith Boulevard). At the top of the ramp, turn right onto Bruton Smith Boulevard and travel approximately 1 mile. The Charlotte Motor Speedway is located at the intersection of US 29 and Bruton Smith Blvd.

From the north: Take Exit 49 off I-85 (Bruton Smith Boulevard). At the top of the ramp, turn left onto Bruton Smith Boulevard and travel approximately 1 mile. The Charlotte Motor Speedway is located at the intersection of US 29 and Bruton Smith Blvd.

PARKING

There is free parking surrounding the entire speedway. You can find a parking map here to help you plan where to go. You can also upgrade and lock in the best pots for your race weekend. Take advantage of the best values by securing a space in the Bronze Lot – or, if you want the ultimate in convenience, spring for a coveted spot in the Silver Lot directly across the street from the speedway! It’s your weekend, so treat yourself!

Tickets can be purchased online. There are a variety of different options, from individual tickets to fan experiences you can purchase for the weekend!
