Yes, yet more accolades for Duane! He is a very nice guy, very laid back and informative on his orientation of the blue van. My wife, dog and I thoroughly enjoyed our RV van experience and the van was comfortable, easy to drive, everything worked properly and we enjoyed the up-to-date safety and convenience accessories.
Duane is just the nicest person and very helpful.
I have my own VW van in California but didn’t want to drive it cross country (actually I do want to do that but just didn’t have time). Duane and spoke several times about the van he has and the differences between them. Also he’s very convenient to Dulles airport.
The van was exactly as described and in good working order.
My four stars for the Rental Value are related solely to the cost of insurances. Those costs were nearly equal to the rental costs from Duane, which was entirely reasonable.
Duane provided a comprehensive review of the features of the camper van, explained the conditions at check-in and did a thorough inspection upon check-out of the van.
Had a great trip and Duane explained everything we needed to know about the van. If we decide to do another trip we will definitely use RV share and Duane. Thanks again!!!
Duane is all about the customer experience and service. I came across country with my 10yo son and he set us up with exactly what we needed for our 6 day trip. Our first time RVing and went to Indiana! Duane spent time going over the RV and operations which helped a bunch. We only slepted in it and it was comfortable once we got the propane heater going properly the first time. Had plenty of power to handle the mountains of West Virginia. Gave equipment feed back to Duane while using and he promptly responded!
