This was our first time doing anything like this, and Duane and his team made it a complete success. This van was immaculate, comfortable, and easy to drive. Duane is super responsive and when we had questions or when we encountered an issue on the road he was super quick to respond and advise. This is a professionally managed group of RVs amd we would absolutely use them again.
