Rental Rules
- No pets

- Minimum renter age of 25
- No climbing on the roof. Any damage to the roof will be repaired at renter's cost. Smoking is not allowed and smoking inside the RV will incur a penalty of $300.
- $150 cleaning fee will be charged if the vehicle is not returned clean at the owner's discretion. $100 service fee will be charged if the black and grey holding tanks are not emptied before return.
- The RV is to be returned with the same amount of gas as it is received. Otherwise, the cost is $3.50 per gallon plus $15 refueling fee.
- The RV is to be returned at the pre-agreed return time. Late fee is $25 per hour.
- Please note that pickup/return time on weekdays is limited to 5pm-7pm only.

Daming Yu is an excellent person to rent from and he comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from me and my entire family. We had an unfortunate experience with a different RV that was not as we expected and had to scramble to find another one. Daming was immediately responsive to our needs, prepped his RV for us within hours, met us and took the time to explain all of the features.
It was a pleasure to rent from Daming. Our 10 year old and 7 year old loved staying in the RV.
Had a great time renting Daming's RV. Communication was easy and pick-up/drop-off was as well. The RV is a great size and has everything you could need for a fun trip, as well as very clean and well taken care of. I would definitely rent again!
Not a negative but a potential enhancement: I would recommend swapping out the radio head unit in the driver area for a modern one with bluetooth/screen.
I had a flawless experience with Daming - great functional RV that was perfect for our use case, everything worked, great power to pull the hills of Virginia; a really pleasant weekend for the family.
