The main living area has a new 40" Smart TV with a fold-out couch and conversion table. The main bedroom has a queen bed with a brand new gel-infused mattress pad.

Hi, we are Courtney and Jim and we are happy to share our first travel trailer with you. We decided to buy our first travel trailer after renting one and having a great time with our kids. RV can be parked at 2 different locations on the property either in a feild or next to a barn.
Propane is refilled after each use and the amount will be charged to your card. Typically $10-$20 at most if you use it for hot water and stove.
