We rented Steve's van for 6 days and explored the Finger Lakes region. We wanted to rent before we decide to purchase an RV. The van was just as advertised. The process for pick up and drop off was simple. Steve went over all we needed to know about the van for a successful journey. The van was comfortable for the two of us and came with the kitchen basics.
RV began leaking gasoline immediately after picking up. Extremely disappointed with my experience.
We had a great experience! It was our first time in a camper van and Steve and his staff made sure we knew how to operate everything and were patient with our questions before we departed. Would rent from here again!
Great rental for my purposes -- I'd sing its praises more but I'm hoping it will be available for me next time I want it! Steve is a terrific agent -- walks you through all the features, good explainer, real nice guy. Rent anything you want from him, but leave Pegasus to me, please!
Totally great experience overall. We rented the Winnebego Solis GPX van named Pegasus, and drove her all over the southeast USA. Steve is super helpful, nice guy, flexible and quick to respond to every message and request. He's into this stuff and was happy to answer my endless questions about van life and RVs. He also offered tips and advice when I needed it.
With Pegasus (Winnebago Solis 59XP campervan) my wife and I had a great weeklong trip to Catskills and Adirondacks. Campervan is very nice and clean, plenty of storage, everything was there and worked as posted in the description. Great communication with the owner. Highly recommended.
