RV was great and performed awesome for our first camper experience. Steven and his staff respond fast with all off the questions we had prior to departure, at pickup, and while we were on the road. Pickup and drop off really easy. Steven gave us a very thorough walk through of the camper at pickup. I would absolutely rent from Steven again in a second!
If you’re thinking of renting this RV — don’t.
Steve was totally unresponsive during our entire trip. The fridge didn’t work for four days and ruined all our food. He sent someone who didn’t even know how the RV works. And when we needed help, we got silence or delays. We ended the trip a day early just to escape the stress.
I don’t know if it was just the holiday season, but we had numerous issues with this rental, which was our first through RV Share. First, the host Steven was not available at pick-up. He had a friend meet us to check us in as he was out of town. She was kind but you could tell she didn’t have a lot of experience with the RV.

We had a great holiday with Arty, the camper is everything you need to have an easy and relaxed trip. We were with 4 adults and had 3 spacious beds as well as all necessary amenities to camp out. The van is easy to operate while it has all the space you need inside.
Steve was very helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend to go for Arty !
I'll start by saying that this was our first time doing an RV rental. Moreover, it was my first experience traveling such a journey in such a large vehicle. Steven was most helpful by going over the vehicle in full detail.
The host was extremely cooperative. RV is in immaculate condition.
We enjoyed our short camping!
